Monochrome Zoo Nursery.
Animals are always a wonderful idea to be included in kids’ rooms because kids and animals have always been great together. Which baby animal does your kids remind you of? I like to look at an empty room and add layers. Layers of height that our eyes are following gradually. So for example, the upper level is a wall art, then the high plant, the bed with bedding being a focal point, a playful accent pillow strategically placed to catch our eyes and to bring everything together, the rug. Of course you can add as many layers as you want, but keep in mind for the items to have different heights.
5 must haves for gender neutral zoo nursery theme.
Kids pillows are all about fun! It can be bold and graphic or gentle and petite, but I think it’s important that the pillow addresses your kid’s spirit and character. I really love personalized pillows because it features your child name and is precious for me seeing the kids feel really proud.
2. Monochrome bedding.
As you probably know, if you browsed around my shop and the blog, I really LOVE gender neutral monochrome bedding! It gives the room that sophisticated look and it’s really easy to layer up, add accent colors to it. It will be loved by both kids and adults.
3. Baby animals prints.
Hanging art is one of those little things that makes a house feel like a home. Furthermore, art could define the mood of the room. You may be looking to create a relaxed feel or something more uplifting. So it’s important to choose carefully the posters or paintings of your home, and the kids spaces aren’t an exception. I really like incorporating wall art to the kids bedroom, pieces that the child loves and make him/her smile and feel good.
4. Round rug.
To make the room more organized and to dedicate a specific area to play the best solution is a round rug. It will bring together all the elements and will create a more sophisticated look.
5. Big plant.
I love big plants. Not only do they clean and enrich the air, making the room more joyful and fresh. And I believe by having greenery in kids room we will remind them of the nature all around. I recommend tropical palms, they are pretty easy to care for.
Let me know in comment section how it goes. I’m here if you have any questions. All above are just samples and a bit of the reasoning behind styling the kid’s rooms. Styling and design should be personal! For me, the most important thing is to feel your child’s character shining through.
share it with your friends!
